Users of the Gmail service reported app and website crashes after a global crash on Google servers was announced. However, there are also records relating to difficulties in logging in (21%) and in sending or receiving emails (17%).
Some of the countries most affected by the fall are the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Brazil and Mexico, country where a peak was registered in the graph due to failures in the email service between 18:44 and 19:00 with more than 80 failures, according to DownDetector.
Regarding Google, the platform indicates that, from 7:00 am on March 22, there were failures in one of the main internet search engines. However, the peak of reports occurred until 5:56 pm, with more than 1,400 reports worldwide. Mexico also sent, starting at 4:00 p.m., a series of reports in which it was indicated that the search tool had website failures by 89%, while at the time of access, only 10% of users had problems.
Some Internet users pointed out that the Tik Tok application has also presented failures to be able to use it. This social network adds 346 reports worldwide, while in Mexico, DownDetector It has only counted 49. Among the problems indicated by users, the difficulty to play videos within the platform stood out, with 60% of the reports, while problems loading the application and accessing it, had the percentages of 30 % and 8%, respectively.
In accordance with DownDetector, other applications that have real-time failures on their servers are Amazon, an American company dedicated to electronic commerce; the Google Play Store, mobile application distribution platform for Android devices and the video game series Call of duty, which reports errors regarding the connection to the server, login failures and, to a lesser extent, problems accessing the website.

In the case of BBVA, 50% of the failures have been attributed to app, while 46% are destined to the difficulties presented at the beginning of the session. There are also reports that come from those who use the services of Santander Mobile Banking, who indicated problems in the application and in the website of the Spanish bank.
